Help support adoption in your community through your church.
Churches can create an adoption friendly in their communities in many ways. Adoption is central to the gospel: God adopted us into His family (Ephesians 1) and our call from Him is to care for those who do not have someone to love them (James 1:27).
Not everyone can or should adopt, but each person in God’s family can do something to support adoption! Explore what you can do.

Waiting to Belong started as a movement to help the more than 30,000 kids in Canada who are waiting to be adopted. Our goal is to see as many waiting kids as possible be placed into loving, forever families. We work to shape realistic perceptions of adoption and to encourage the body of Christ to come alongside adoptive families in practical, loving ways.
